Check your party, choose your lead, then walk up the stairs and press X to talk to RED. Leaving or refreshing after the battle starts counts as a loss.

What is Daily Red?
Daily Red is a free, unofficial daily Pokémon battle game. You receive six random level 100 Pokémon from the first three generations and challenge RED on Mt. Silver once a day.
Is Daily Red a Pokémon Wordle?
In format, yes. Like Wordle, everyone gets the same challenge on the same calendar date and one attempt per day. Instead of guessing a word, you battle RED with the team you were given.
Is Daily Red free? Do I need to download anything?
Daily Red is free and runs in your browser. There is no account, signup or app to install. The game files download automatically the first time you press Play.
When does the next team unlock?
At midnight in your local time zone. Players on the same calendar date receive the same team, even if they live in different time zones.
Who is on RED's team?
Pikachu, Espeon, Snorlax, Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise, all at level 100. Your team changes each day; his stays the same. Read our battle tips.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes, the game includes touch controls. Use a current browser with WebAssembly support. On desktop, use the keyboard controls above.
Will my streak follow me to another device?
No. Wins, losses and streaks are saved in this browser, without an account. Clearing browser data resets your record. If browser storage is blocked, your progress may only last for this visit.
